We at My Green Parachute (MGP) have designed a simple program for agents who have decided to leave the business or are currently inactive licensed agents.

Here is how it works…
Let's say you were a licensed agent for awhile, started working with a few people here and there, and decided, for whatever reason, this business just wasn't for you. Any business that you may come across from your efforts in real estate - or day to day life for that matter - goes by the wayside, since you cannot collect referrals with an inactive license hanging at the state.

We have all that covered. You sign up and become a member with My Green Parachute as a Key Agent, and refer any business you come across to us at MGP. We then assign that referral to one of our seasoned professional agents within our network. You collect your referral check.

Here are some of the key points:
  • Earn as much money as you choose, without the day-to-day work of real estate
  • Our program is very simple and easy to use...just sign onto the website, or make a phone call.
  • You can choose the agent you would like your referral to go to, or we can assign it for you.
  • All our field agents (those who are receiving your referrals) have minimum requirements regarding longevity in the business, number of transactions per year, etc.
  • You can track online where your referred transaction is in the process, approximately how much you will receive as a referral check, and when.
  • MGP takes care of all the E&O, MLS, and other dues.
  • All your referrals are added to your personal Contact Portfolio, so every time they buy or sell, as long as you are a licensed agent with MGP, you will receive referral income.
  • We offer an incubation program for your buyers and sellers to keep them informed of what is happening in the market until they are ready to buy or sell.
  • After a transaction closes, you receive a check for your portion of the transaction side commission, within 5 business days in most cases.
