Seven Simple Steps

  1. Your license is transferred from the state and hangs at My Green Parachute. Your account will be activated.

  2. Begin sending any referrals that may come your way to us at MGP, simply by calling them into our toll free number, or register them at My Green Parachute.com.

  3. These referrals are placed in your account and in your personal Contact Portfolio. Anytime this person buys or sells a home, you will receive a referral commission for as long as you are a member of My Green Parachute.

  4. Your referral is then sent to:
    1. A pre-approved, professional Field Agent
    2. An agent you have chosen from our list of Field Agents.

  5. You track the transaction process online. Keep up-to-date on the status of the referral so you know when it goes under agreement and the anticipated closing date.

  6. The closing takes place, and a referral check is sent to you within days.

  7. At the end of each year, you receive a 1099 for tax purposes.
